What we do?
Members look for opportunities to help those in need and, when asked, visit individuals and families where they are living and assess their needs. The main purpose of our visits is to extend the hand of friendship and, where possible, offer practical assistance.
Community shop
Our Shop in Cambridge Road, St Helens, is an integral part of the community where quality items raise vital funds for our projects.
Inspiring Young People
- ‘Mini-Vinnies’ give primary school children an introduction to the SVP.
- Youth SVP provides 11-18 year olds with an opportunity to engage in supervised voluntary work whilst developing their faith and spirituality.
